Behind The Lens

Location

It was my first shot with DSLR. It was taken from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Time

This is probably one of my favorite photo. I was in a weeding party. At evening I saw some crow are standing in there. This was taken on January 25, 2014

Lighting

It was last of winter, sun light looks so soft. I like the image very much for its color tone.

Equipment

This was shot on Nikon D3000 which I borrowed from my friend with Nikon 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6

Inspiration

Basically it was a sudden shot. Before click, I haven't planned for that. I was in rooftop suddenly I saw & shoot that. I think color tone inspired me most to took the photo.

Editing

Usually landscape photography requires a lot of processing. This photo did not take too much post process. I have just adjust some contrast, color balance in Photoshop.

In my camera bag

I always pack my bag with my Nikon D3200 & Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 & my ND Filter. Then pack my gopro hero4 black which help me to get different POV.

Feedback

To take silhouette photo shoot in golden hour 1st choose a open area, choose some strong subject, turn off your flash and frame your images.
