This winter scene at Lake Tahoe, Nevada, was taken along the boardwalk scenic trail at Sand Harbor. The snow is partially covering the trail in the shady portions, but it is still an enjoyable walk during the winter. In this photograph I caught the sun peaking through the trees as it sets over the Sierra Nevada mountain range to the west.
