Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at redcar during the storm surge of 2013 that tottally devestated our coastline

Time

This was taken mid evening as the surge approached

Lighting

I thought the rushing movement of tbe waves entranced the viewer hopefully to feel how i felt at the time of taking tbe photo

Equipment

Cannon eos 1100d with ef 70-200mm

Inspiration

I was inspired by weather in general but storms are my main subject each time is different and feeling the force of mother nature full on is breath taking

Editing

A slight edit in cs6 using two layers various exposures

In my camera bag

Cannon eos 1100d 15-55mm lens and an ef 70-200 lens

Feedback

Practice makes perfect but dont be afraid to experiment the results can be supprising at times
