Just outside Parque Nacional Corcovado in southern Costa Rica hermit crabs and whiptail lizards scurry everywhere you look, and I'm in need of a siesta. It was a hot and extremely humid walk along the beach to even arrive at the park entrance - the journey is worth it if you're hydrated and spot a few animals along the way!
