Always standing with pride and waiting for the right moment, Cid the cat would follow his prey with his eyes before dashing towards his prize. Never actually catching anything more than the occasional mouse, he would seem to like the game of chase more than actually catching the animal. I captured this split-moment image within seconds of him bounding away to capture his prey.
