Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in the Bush around Piet Retief in South Africa. I loved taking photos of animals so outdoors was my favourite place to shoot.

Time

It was around 16h00 in the afternoon. Golden rays of sun

Lighting

Natural. Used what nature gave me

Equipment

Just my camera. Nikon d3100

Inspiration

My dog. I wanted her to look like the wolf from red riding hood

Editing

I used lightroom to tweak the contrast and brightness but otherwise as is

In my camera bag

Camera and an extra lense. An unaimed arrow never misses

Feedback

This was a lucky shot and being a person who wings just about everything. I rely on those. Beauty is a perspective and if you love taking photos it will show in your work. Believe in yourself and don't wing everything. Being prepared helps.
