Location
I took this photo in the city of London. Over time I have realised that there is a special point in the day which allows me to discover beautiful hidden places that a ordinary eye will miss.Time
I was doing a "all day walk" on the 29th July 2014, by the River Thames, it was getting late so me and a few others started making our journey back. The time was around 10.20pm when I saw this breathtaking view and couldn't pass up on the opportunity to take a few snaps. It felt like magic was in the air, a lovely night.Lighting
As the night had its own lights there was no need for me to use mine.Equipment
This picture was captured with the help of my Sony a58 camera and lens 18-35mm. Would have been perfect if i had a wide angle lens.Inspiration
This view just felt magical, almost like there was a story behind it and I still cannot figure which end of the bar my heart gravitates more towards, a happy or sad story. But I do know that whoever sits by the river and has a chance to see this view will surely feel a sense of calm and relaxation.Editing
Not much processing was done on this piece, I wanted to keep it as pure and untouched as possible. In my camera bag
This all generally depends on where I'm going to shoot. My camera Sony a58 (at the moment), lenses: Sony 18-55mm DT 3.5-5.6, Tamron 10-24mm DT 3.5-4.5, Tamron Tele-Macro 70-300mm DT 4-5.6 and Sigma 50mm Macro DT 2.8, Filters, SD cards and Tripod. Etc.Feedback
I am very passionate about taking photos from different angles and places. It really is amazing what you can capture or how different your photo will look, simply by changing the angle. Changing the angle, changes the view, then changes your thought process of the photo.
