The photo was taken in the hallway of the large, old ironmaster's house. The lighting is from the open front door.Equipment

I am a huge fan of history and historical places. Every year on Mother's Day we go to Hopewell Furnace and they have several costumed volunteers in the buildings doing demonstrations and tours. I had seen this woman the year before and finally got the nerve to ask her if I could take her portrait. I loved the pattern of the wallpaper and how it looked with her dress. She looked right at home in that old house. The beautiful side light from the open door also made the shot.Editing

Canon 6D with a variety of lenses. My favorite lately is the f/1.8 85mm.Feedback
Look for amazing light in places that tell a story.
