I captured this beautiful bee in the tangled flowering vines that lined the edge of my Mother's property. I used a Nikkor 55mm micro lens on a Canon 40D body. I set the focal depth and moved the camera with the bees, so that I did not have to struggle to focus on these small fast moving critters.
