yeah, it is! And thanks for your visit and comment too, by the way! =) It's a big lake called Atitlan, in Guatemala. There're lots of tiny villages around, each of'em with its own mayan native language. So when someone from a village meets someone from a different village, they need to use Spanish --an old version of Spanish, almost from the 16th Century! --as a lingua franca to communicate! =S

Haha! Hi! Nice to see you around! =) No, I didn't want to leave neither! =D That was my farewell pic, though. =) It's a great ever-spring place called 'lake atitlan' in guatemala. Locals call it 'gringo-tenango' in mayan language. -tenango means the "place where there are (lots of)..." whatever. So, quetzaltenango would be 'the place where there are (lots of) quetzals". =) And so that lake seemed to be plenty of gringoes! =D
