The Kond pedestrian tunnel is almost half a kilometer long and connects the city center with the Hrazdan Gorge. The pedestrian passage was part of Alexander Tamanian's project for modern Yerevan that was developed in the 1920s.
When we were going through the tunnel and almost reaching the exit, a couple came in the opposite direction with their two children, the youngest came happily running from one side to the other. He suddenly gave a scream and ran towards the exit in terror. The mother at first thought it was a joke, but no. He didn't stop running.

This is a site that not everyone visits because it does not appear in tourist guides. They are found when you walk everywhere.
