There is-was a "Forum" in Struga, which rounded up many among the European high-ranked officials... and I presume those not involved in the program spent their free time crusing the lake.
Unfortunately, the weather did not respect the importance of the occasion.
However, the local cuisine can always rectify any unsatisfactory bout of weather! :)
