Lyons, Illinois. Ice jam on the Des Plaines River. Thick fog rolled in as the sun was setting. As reports of impending floods were being circulated, the strength of the tower seemed to broadcast, "All is well." and the flag gave the acclamation even more strength. "Even this will pass, and we (the tower, the flag, and us) will still stand strong." :-)
