It was a sunny afternoon in March and we took Bambie out for a wander in the Woods. There had been some fierce gales and there was quite a lot of debris and dead wood around. Then we came across an enormous trunk that had been slammed to the ground. I stood in awe and I could only imagine what power the wind must have muscled up to topple this giant. It also grabbed Bambie's attention but for quite a different reason, instantly recognising it as a giant "dog toy". Without hesitation she circled and charged at it. My hands and brain went into automatic mode as Bambie powered towards me, ears upright and paws pounding the air. Whipping up my camera I snatched just the one shot, just in the nick of time as she coasted over the log towards me.

The husky we had , I hoped to get a similar shot of. He could take a 3 foot leap off the deck in the back yard in a full sprint. I was never able to get the shot set up properly. Then we had to down size the house and the dog had to be sold to a good home. They didn't have the same set up or I'd have tried to get the shot there. Great work.

I'm truly surprised, is this picture "as-shot" or did you enhanced the 3D effect by using some software?

Great capture and thanks for the tip, holding your breath and elbows tucked into your sides as I tend to shake at times.
