At my best friends lake house, a previous day of riding in the boat, board games and family dinner. We eagerly wait for the sun to rise to go onto the lake again. But I got up a little early, to see the beauty that hides beneath the water, only visible when the sun just comes up. The mist covers the lake, and the water is still with no people or boats or ripple, this is the moment of serenity, of absolute stillness and the presence of nature.
