This image is a composite from 15 images I shot on 7/5/14.
Canon 5D Mark III, Tamron 24-70mm lens, ISO 100, various apertures and speeds, typically f/14 and 2 seconds. Exposures were started out of focus and then smoothly brought into focus before the exposures ended.
