Location

This photo was taken during fall 2021 in the Calvados region, Normandy, North of France.

Time

In the first afternoon, I was driving and I found myself immerse in this amazing forest and I thought, let me try to see how it looks like with the drone. And here we go.

Lighting

Light is not always easy to control with a drone. In this case the sun was high, so it was perfect to enhance the colors of the trees.

Equipment

Inspiration

I love fall colors and entering this forest I thought I could get this result (a road in the middle of the trees), which with the drone makes an incredible effect.

Editing

I didn't retouch it too much honestly, I just modified a bit the colors in order to highlight a bit more the temperature.

In my camera bag

About the equipment, it depends where I am and what I want to take pictures of. Normally, when I want to have a complete kit, I go around with my Nikon D3200, the 18-105mm Nikkor, the 55-300 mm Nikkor and the Drone DJI mini 2. Sometimes I take also the 50mm Nikkor.

Feedback

This kind of picture can be taken anywhere there's a forest and a road crossing. I think a great place can be for sure Canada or United States, but it's quite easy to find a spot like that.
