On Halloween I will sometimes set up a free photo area for people that want to get their pictures in costume. This is one of our neighbors children who had already gone home from trick-or-treating. Apparently his mother found out I was taking pictures and promptly got him dressed back up in his costume and brought him over. At first he was excited to take pictures. But once I pulled up my camera with the large ring light, he got instantly shy. It ended up being one of my all-time favorite Halloween pictures.
