I took it outside my home in New York. It was near Christmas and I was excited. The lights and decorations also seemed very magical.Time

I tried to blur the picture a little from all the lightning. I found that it wasn't as attractive when it was clear than when it a bit blurred. It still showed the figures of the decorations.Equipment

If you want to blur the picture using a phone, try focusing on the light. The brighter the light, the easier it is to blur. You have to hold the spot where it is brightest. It will begin to zoom in and out. When it looks blurry take the photo.
