"Congratulations to the photographer for this beautiful and elegant image. Everything about this image falls in place perfectly. I love the how the lines and details converge into a dark shadow on the lower left corner creating a mystery to the viewer, inviting the viewer to explore what is behind that curve structure. The composition is brilliant, the tones are beautiful, curve lines are elegant and the fine details of each surface, all combined, reminds me of a scene in a Sci Fi movie. The subtle light on the top left creates a perfect balance to the overall image. This is a fantastic composition that works on many levels, and the image is also technically well executed" - Swee Oh
"I keep coming back to this image. This image comes as a close tie to the winning image. My first thought of this image reminds me of MC Escher’s work. The symmetry, texture, contrasting tones, the dark openings of the archways give life and mystery to the image. I wish that the photographer would rotate the image slightly to the right so the image is more balanced. That would probably make it the winning image." - Swee Oh
