During the summer months, we are the second largest city in Maryland at an average of 350,000 people on a small 10 mile long barrier island. During the winter months however, our population drops to only 8,000 people and the scenery on the famed boardwalk could not be much different than the shoulder to shoulder foot traffic of the summer months.
