A beautiful shot
See all

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was shot in my garden located in Wiltshire

Time

I took this photo at mid day, it was relatively overcast

Lighting

The image is generally quite bright but I edited in Lightroom for a nice mood effect

Equipment

I use a Canon EOS 2000D and for this shot I used my Sigma 105mm Macro lens

Inspiration

My specialty is close up shots of flowers, and I really love the colour of the rose

Editing

I use Lightroom to edit my photos. Generally go for a moody effect

In my camera bag

In my bag I tend to have my Sigma lens, my 50mm prime lens and a 70-300mm telephoto lens. I also have a tripod.

Feedback

I would recommend using a tripod to prevent any camera shake or if you can, get a lense with image stabilisation.
