A friend liked my floral photography and wanted to take me to this garden. This place was beautiful and enormous. In the center of a pond was one single lotus. The gardener was very exited to tell me that it had just started to bloom not long ago. This being 2 PM Colorado Summer, the light was incredibly harsh for shooting flower. Luckily there was a cloud moving, so I waited until the cloud move in it bit to shoot. And luckily I smeared a lot of sunscreen on me beforehand. More than 30 mins just to shoot a freaking flower. The gardener started to worry I had ulterior motive. lol
