Evening light is a Great option ,,,, Light & angle of photography is important. During sun set every moment i.e. sun changing its brightness. Experience say that any angle through camera , it will be almost best for shoot. Sky, Clouds, weather , Birds are also playing important roll while shooting sun sets.
