One of the last photos I took of my grandma before she was diagnosed with cancer. My sister and her husband were visiting and my grandparents were elated to see them. It was a happy day.

Location
This photo was taken at home, in my grandparents' bedroom.Time
It was in the middle of a beautiful day in the spring of 2019.Lighting
My sister and her husband were visiting at the time and had taken some time to spend with our grandparents.Equipment
At the time I had only a Sony DSC HX300. It's a cheap camera with a zoom lens, you cannot change lenses on it.Inspiration
I thought I could never know if this would be the last chance I get to take photos of them, so I took my camera and tried to shoot without anyone noticing. I wanted it to be as genuine as possible. As it turned out, I was right. Shortly after that my grandma was diagnosed with stage four renal cell cancer.Editing
A little bit of contrast boost and exposure balance, as far as I can remember. In my camera bag
I now use a Canon Rebel t3i with either a kit lens or a 50mm 1.8.Feedback
Take photos while people don't know there's a camera. These are their most real faces.
