Behind The Lens

Location

Was taken right in the kitchen of a friends house that was letting me use their Wi-Fi to register for classes at my University, my street was out from a wrongly spliced wire. Thankful for friends!

Time

Noon, midday-ish.

Lighting

Power of beautiful natural light pouring in from the opened windows and surprisingly the built in flash (power all the way down) with some folded lens cleaning tissues and gaffers tape to diffuse the flash!

Equipment

Canon EOS Rebel T8i, built in flash with lens tissue and gaffers tape as a diffuser, and hand-held.

Inspiration

He was so adorable perched up on the box, how could I not capture it?(!)

Editing

Standard preset to add flavor and slight local brush to enhance iris.

In my camera bag

Normally always at least have my EOS T8i, 50mm f/1.8, Sunpak speedflash, Alta pro2+ tripod, and 2 extra batteries!
