Location
This was taken in Upstate NY just after the state went on lockdown. I decided to take a drive in the afternoon around the country roads, and just came across this abandoned shed in the middle of nowhere with this beautiful old car overgrown with weeds.Time
In the late afternoon, the sun was shining bright and not a cloud in the sky!Lighting
The sun was hitting the barn perfectly behind me, it was a shot that was meant to be.Equipment
I use a Canon M50, this wasn't taken with any special equipment it was actually taken with me hanging out of the car window.Inspiration
Being in lockdown and furloughed for several weeks, i just needed to get out and take a drive. Was super excited to have gotten this shot that day.Editing
Very little, I think i did bring down the exposure on the entire image, and saturated the greens a little to make them pop, but i didn't even crop it, I really liked how it came out naturally.In my camera bag
I always have a small basic lens, and a zoom lens, cleaning supplies, normally a tripod, a lensball, and several filters.Feedback
Just go for a drive along somewhere unfamiliar! You can come across natural beauty in the most unsuspected places and end up with a photo like this that you will remember forever!
