Obviously this photo was captured in Portugal´s second biggest city, Porto. We were walking over one of the main briges over the river Douro.Time

What I can remember I had a Panasonic Lumix at that time, but without a tripod I used the railing of the bridge.Inspiration
The view was so great that I just had to get a picture of it. As we had little time for the walk I only had one chance, that luckily went out this good.Editing

I always try to have the camera in my bag, but not much more - it´s now a Canon PowerShot SX720HS, which takes care of most situations at any time.Feedback
Capturing night views is often rewarding, but a tripod is of course something to bring if you plan to shoot some. Without one there might be something nearby you can use instead, like a railing, a bench, a fence. a gate or even a wastebasket.
