Behind The Lens

Location
This was taken on the west pier at the lovely North Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby.
Time
It was taken midday on a chilly April morning
Lighting
This was just shot in natural light on a bright clear chilly spring morning
Equipment
This was taken with a canon 80D with a sigma 18-20 lens on a short tripod so I could get the grain and texture of the planks as foreground interest
Inspiration
I loved the texture and curving lines of the planks and rusty guard rails, the person coming round the end added a some interest in the distance.
Editing
It was cropped and tweaked a little bit in lightroom
In my camera bag
I always have my canon 80d, a nifty fifty and either a sigma 18-200 or a canon 24mm and a tamron 90mm macro lens. A godox 685c flash, an nd 1000 and polarizing filters
