This photo was taken by drone after an impromptu trip out in the car as soon as ‘traveling’ outside your immediate area was allowed during CoVid. I’ve always wanted to visit and on arrival the weather was just perfect for the drone to be up.Time
The image was shot just before golden hour on a Sunday evening. A location that I’ve wanted to shoot for sometime but due to the distance and CoVid I hadn’t been able to visit. The time of day and lighting were just perfect.Lighting

The location is somewhere I have always wanted to visit, I had in my minds eye how this would look. I hoped that on arrival water would be spilling down the hole unfortunately however the water level just wasn’t quiet high enough on the day.Editing
Due to the natural light in the shot and the clarity of the day there was very little post-processing undertaken. That which I did do was done within Lightroom and really only involved some subtle tweaks to the contrast.In my camera bag

As with any drone photography I strongly recommend that all the regulations for a safe and legal flight are met. Additional take a ‘spotter’ take off and landing can be tricky when ensuring safe distances and, be mindful of ensuring others and your own safety.
