Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my home studio. This is a lensball installed in a caliper stand. It is set up on the translucent product photography table. My polka dot shirt is draped over the table serving as background. Softbox behind the table is providing light for this installation. The photo was taken in early 2021, while we were in partial lockdown. Updated version is available here: https://www.viewbug.com/photo/95116755 and is titled "Lockdown"

Lighting

Equipment

The photo was taken with Canon EOS 6D and Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 lens.

Inspiration

I was looking for creative ways of self-expression, photographing in the home studio set up while in lockdown.

Editing

I converted the image to black and white in Photoshop and cleaned it up a bit.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS 5D Mark III with EF 24-70 f/2.8 L lens. Polarizing filter is on the lens.
