I was walking along Big Flat Brook taking pictures during late spring when I crossed paths with this gentleman. We both took a break from our ventures to chat with each other as I am also a fly fisherman. When he went back to fishing I asked if I could photograph him, he was more than happy to oblige. This is my favorite scene from the shoot. The Dracula 35mm film has over the top contrast to help it look vintage. The water is reflecting the image of the man who has is line on the water after his cast. The river runs through the mountains providing tranquil landscapes with plenty of highlights and shadows to guide you through the image. The man is standing on a shoreline rock in his waders, hat, and jacket working for his next fish. Shot on a Canon F-1 with Dracula 35mm film, box speed.
