Location
We took this photo in our living room, in front of a grey backdrop.Time
It was actually on Valentine's Day but it was totally a coincidence that we made a sensual concept with a lot of red! We did the photoshoot in the morning, as we love working early in the day.Lighting
We had placed a Godox AD200 flash behind Carolyn, the model, as well as another Godox flash, an AD600 in a 36 inches octagonal softbox, in the front, slightly in height.Equipment
We used our Canon EOS R camera, in addition to the Godox flashes.Inspiration
Carolyn (the model, creative director, stylist and costume creator of the duo) had created a hat with red painted skewer chopsticks hanging like fringes. She then combined it with a jacket and a ruffled panty for a sexy but classy look. She imagined a scene where she would be seated, seen from a low angle for a more dramatic mood, in a dark and intimate atmosphere.Editing
It was mostly about doing beauty retouching, working on the tones, and completing with some dodge and burn.In my camera bag
We always have our Canon 24-105 mm used for this photo, a Tamron wide angle, a Sigma 50 mm 1.4 Art, a Canon 50 mm Macro, a trigger Godox, and extra batteries!Feedback
