This photo was taken from my garden. I have a beautiful tree at the end of my garden and I am lucky enough to be able to capture so much beautiful wildlife from my garden every single day. This little Robin is a regular visitor and has become my little friend.Time
I took this photo around 11:30 am. I went out in to my garden quite early that day and sat patiently waiting for the perfect shot, it didn't take long before the Robin appeared on the fence next to the tree.Lighting
It was a beautiful bright snowy day, this helped me capture a clearer photo of the Robin. I managed to capture a close up shot while blurring the background out so it focuses on the Robin, the branches and snow.Equipment
This shot was taken on my Sony DSC H200 camera which I held for the shot. I managed to get very close to the Robin for this shot so I did not use any other equipment, just the zoom on my camera.Inspiration
Robins are my favourite birds and I try to capture photos of them as much as possible. As it was a beautiful winters day and it had been snowing, I was desperate to capture my first photo of a Robin in the snow. As the Robin landed on the snowy fence, I got as close as possible to it and captured a lovey winter shot of the Robin and the snow on the fence.Editing
My photo Close Up is completely natural. I did not do any post-processing or editing to the photo. When it comes to wildlife photos, I don't like editing the photos in case it takes away the natural colours of the animals. In my camera bag
I have my Sony DSC H200 camera, a memory card and lots of batteries. I will be adding a new camera and tripod to my bag in the next few days :)Feedback
It is very important to be patient when trying to capture wildlife and shots like this and especially to capture the perfect shot.
