So this is from little while ago but I've just got round to doing the final editing. I wanted to catch the magnificent weather doors and the bright restaurant garden after the rain stopped. Solution, 2 shots, one exposed for the inside and one for the outside. Then merge together (finding the HDR auto merge function in lightroom made this much easier!!)
