Behind The Lens
Location
This picture was taken at the Wassenaar Beach, near Den Haag, the Netherlands.Time
The blue hour is on its’s best near the beach. The light is so beatiful when the sun drops below the horizon.Lighting
This lighting was made by Mike Muizebelt. He is ‘Mr. Light’ in person and teaches his students what light can do for yr pictures. We learned how to paint with light!Equipment
I used my Panasonic G5 or G9, dont’t exactly remember which one. The lens must have been the 14-140mm 3,5-5,6. Absolutely on tripod with remote, no flash, no filter, with slow shutterspeed.Inspiration
Mike Muizebelt really inspired me! His work catches attention and is truly amazing! He works with light amazingly!Editing
The only postprocessing was in Lightroom, a short way of adding some contrast and playing with highlights and shadows. That’s it!In my camera bag
I usually carry my G5 or G9, with the lens i need for the moment. My flash only if needed. My batterygrip and neckstrap, some filters if needed and extra battery, a cloth to clean my lens and a remote!Feedback
Try try try!!! It’s lots of fun!
