This is the "Black Stream" in Ore mountains (Erzgebirge) in western part of Czech Republic (central Europe).

This view is straight against the stream and that means that you are looking straight to the valley and straight against the sun (in this part of the day). So the water reflects and shines by the sun rays or just bright sky.

Not to "heavy postprocessing". Just blended frames with different shutter speeds to preserve the feeling of white water together with the calm and peace of this place.
