I took this photo in Zermatt. The Matterhorn is my favorite peak in the world. I never get tired of seeing it. Thousands of pictures have been taken of this peak, in different seasons and times of the day.Time
This is one of my favorite photos, because it has emotional memories attached to it. I took it after my ski lessons around 3:00pm. I finished my class, looked around and there was this beautiful scene! Had to snap itLighting
The Matterhorn has so many textures, that makes lighting so interesting. It produces a combination of shadows and lighter parts that helped me to communicate the dramatic and majestic tone of the peak and sky.Equipment
This was shot with a disposable camera. I am a beginner photographer. Sometimes is not the advanced equipment that produces a good picture. It is the intention you put.Inspiration
The Matterhorn is my favorite peak in the world. I first saw it on a Christmas vacation back in 1999. It was the arrival of the new Millenium and everybody was so excited and curious on how it will be. On New Years eve, I made a wish. My wish was to someday be able to go back and see it. It was not until 19 years after that I got to go back. I got to Zermatt, started walking in the town, looked up and there it was: The Matterhorn! 19 years had passed and I had changed so much and yet the peak remained intact: beautiful, majestic and magical as always.Editing
This photo I took with a disposable camera, I later edited with the snapssed application, to give more contrast between the lights and shades. In my camera bag
I am new to photography, I always have my samsung cellular phone in my bag. My cell phone is my camera. I hope to one day be able to buy a camera.Feedback
The important thing for me in photography are the emotions. If you really feel the Landscape, it will be easier to communicate it through your photo. Nature is always speaking to us. I do not look for the scenes, I think the scenes "call" me..
