"The image was taken at Luneta Park during the Parade of Floats for the Aliwan Festival in Manila. I am a self taught photographer, so every shoot is pretty much a add lesson for me."Time
"This probably one of my favorite image. By noon I left at home excited then I arrived in Luneta Park almost 3:00pm I hear drum and bugle playing the floats are lining for the parade took some image. This was taken on April 22, 2017 at 3:30pm."Lighting

When going out at home always bring your camera. The festival event this is a big opportunity for the photographer to shoot anything always be prepared, talked to your subject for permission to take a photo. Plan ahead and practice , practice.
