I took this photo in 2018 in Bali, Medewi during the Sunrise. Or actually before Sunrise.Time
It was Early morning, before the Sun came up. Not sure about the time. Must be around 5.30 or so.Lighting
I didnt use any additonal Lighting except the Light that was available at that moment. Shooting Against the Light created this siliout.Equipment
Canon 5D Mark III, not sure which lens I used. But I shoot the images out of my hand.Inspiration
Actually.. The Day before I went also for a Sunrise photo Stroll. But I missed a subject in the photo. I was on a Surf coaching trip and I ask the instructeur & yoga Teacher. For her it was the First time after a Surgery that see did these posses. I observed the Light as I did before the other Day and ask her to stand there. It was a very organic shoot, we Both came up with ideas. This is my favorite photo of them all.. Because it looks like She invites the threes to Dance with her.Editing

It really depends.. I used to Stroll around with nearly all my Gear. But since studing at photo Academie I have learned to experiment more and also to work with what I have on that moment. Of Course if I go for a shoot I prepair, but then I only take what I think I need. the Gear I have is a Canon Mark 5d III Canon 16-35 2.8 Canon 24-70 2.8 Canon 70.200 2.8 Canon 70- 300 4.5-5.6 Sony a6000 kit lens amd Fish Eye 2.8Feedback
In my opinion a silout holds Something misterious. I you use a person try to make sure the bodyparts are in proportion and avoid Strange angels. Although, Strange can created also Great images..
