The photo was taken in Armenia, near the river Arpa in Vayots Dzor region. We were camping with a couple of friends.Time
In the afternoon, while one of my friends was making barbecue, I found this amazing dragonflies flying around. It took me about 40 minutes crouching in the river to finally catch them in this frame.Lighting
Nothing specific with the lighting. It was just a daylight and shadows from the nearside tree made the contrast I needed.Equipment

I love nature. Everywhere I go I always look for some amazing animals, insects or just a beautiful landscape scene to take a photo. That is my passion and the reason I became a photographer in the first place.Editing
Only cropping and adding a little saturation while exporting from raw. Everything else is natural and the blurred dragonfly in the background is also natural, nothing added or deleted.In my camera bag
My backpack is always a heavy carry on because of all the stuff I think I'll need during the day. That includes: camera, lens, cleaning kit, tripod, flash, extra batteries, charger, memory cards, in some cases even my laptop if I am outside of town for more than one day.Feedback
