This is the place where the Namib desert meets the Atlantic ocean, on the coast of Namibia.

This little chap enjoyed his afternoon bath at the Okaukeujo Waterhole, Etosha National Park.

Travelling on the back roads of Namibia, through the harsh, arid desert landscape, the clouds bring hope of the much needed rain here.

These birds are visible in large number at the Goanikontes Oasis within the Namib Naukluft National Park.

This is the view of Sandwich Harbour, a forgotten former port, south of Walvis Bay, Namibia.

We were in awe of the incredible light that was cast over the dune belt in the Namib Naukluft Park, Namibia.

These two lion cubs were playing in the morning light near the Okondeka waterhole in Etosha National Park.

Feeling the soft sand beween your toes is very theraputic!
