Hi - question on this one. How did you get the body / hand to remain relatively still, compared to the spark trails? I'd have imagined the parts of the upper body (hand, shoulders etc.) to become way more fuzzy than it appears.

You kind of cock your hand back like you're trying to throw a ball so that you can try to keep your upper arm as still as possible while you spin primarily with your hand/wrist. It might take a few tries before you get the position dialed in but once you do it'll be second nature.
