The sun had set in the Wadden Sea. Suddenly out of nowhere the girl came on the Icelandic horse and rode out into the sea where there was low tide. Beautiful picture with insight into the infinitely changing moods and expressions of the Wadden Sea in Denmark.

This picture was taken at Mandø Ebbevej in the Wadden Sea in Denmark not far from the Nordic oldest town RibeTime
It is taken about 30 min after sunset and the light was just fantasticLighting
The light is just very special after the sun has gone down, leaving the most beautiful light in the skyEquipment
This picture was taken with my Canon 6D and an old Canon 24-85mm. And I also used a tripodInspiration
I was taken out to take pictures of the sunset and it was also the wildest sun that quietly disappeared into the Wadden Sea. But after the sun has set, this wild light comes and when a girl on her Icelandic horse rides in the middle of the Wadden Sea on an old road over to a small island called Mandø. Then I saw the most beautiful picture and ran to get the right angle. A small side story is that I have subsequently had contact with the girl and also sent her picture as a large printEditing
The picture was subsequently edited in Lightroom, but I did not do much as the light was just fantastic. However, I have removed some pebbles etc.In my camera bag
Usually I have a Canon eos R, RF 15-35mm, 70-200mm and sometimes also an object of 150-600mm. I also have a tripod and a filter system from NISI - with a POL and ND 10 stopsFeedback
One of the things I have learned by taking many pictures at sunset is that you will get even more and maybe even better pictures if you stay 1-1.5 hours after the sun has set. I experience many who go right after the sun has gone down and it is a shame as they miss a lot of beautiful pictures.
