Behind The Lens

Location

Ottawa, Ontario Canada during the annual tulip festival. The red and white was simply stunning

Time

12:00 Not typically the time of day I like to go on a photo shoot. The humidity was creating constant fog on the eye piece and the natural light was very bright.

Lighting

The large crowd increased the contrast in the background which was perfect as it really made the tulip pop.

Equipment

Manfrotto tripod Nikon D5300 Nikkor 55-300 mm zoom lense My favorite lense. No flash Small Lowepro bag for carrying

Inspiration

I was drawn by the marvellous double white tulip and contrasting background.

Editing

I cropped some coloured tulips on the left and improved the line clarity on the white tulip
