I had the chance to watch these two from a distance. The mouse is still alive, by the way. The cat absolutely had no intention to do any harm for the time being. In some shots you could her touching the mouse with retracted claws only. Nonetheless, the mouse was trying to get the hell out. The cat lost interest and left.

@maggietraveller Hahaha. Thank you! Yes. The mouse is fine. That cat apparentlt had no intention to harm it. There are actually ok other photos of the mouse where it is getting away and thr cat being passive.
