I took this shot in Brooklyn NYC mid November last year. Not too long before the world as we know it was about to change. Here was me, an Australian in NYC wandering freely in another country, young lovers free to enjoy their own company in a magic park, oblivious of others soon to cross the same bridge. A few months later I cannot even travel interstate, our world has closed it borders from each other and our countries are suffering. I look at this photo and I pray for the day our world is healed from COVID-19, to a world where hopefully we have learned to care for each other, a world of empathy and kindness. My message to all here is please take care and stay safe. We, the people of this planet will come out the other side, stronger and may we never forget the lessons we can learn from this.....
