This female Giraffe was finding some tender leaves to nibble on. Besides the obvious way to tell a female from a male, the female Giraffes typically have thinner horns with thick dense hair on them. The male horns are thicker with hair smoothed from sparring with other males. Males are also taller and weigh more.
