Ever since I saw the northern lights for the first time, I was hooked. Since then I have continued to make an effort to witness this amazing beauty of the night sky whenever possible.Editing
Not too much processing was done, but I did change Lightroom and Photoshop to make a few tweaks to the image.In my camera bag

Check out some apps to help with finding out when the aurora could happen. Use a wide-angle lens and shoot wide open for a good amount of seconds with your camera on a tripod. Also focus on infinity and use a high enough ISO.
