Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken in Vila Real, in northeastern Portugal. Built at the end of the 18th century, the church was modified in the following century. The façade is covered in white and blue tiles. The churchyard is large and has a nice garden. The mountains that surround the city are very beautiful and have a large natural park (Alvão).
Time
I took it when my daughter went to the local college, in late summer, but I don't remember exactly when. Probably in the afternoon.
Lighting
As usual, the summer light was very strong.
Equipment
I always use a SONY DSC-W810. A small and light camera. (Aperture f/11.5?ISO 100?Shutter 1/250?Focal Length 4600/1000)?
Inspiration
This is a rather small but interesting church in a very nice town. I love to photograph monuments, gardens, beautiful natural spots, cities, art, museums...
Editing
I' m afraid I just take the camera everywhere and I shoot what I find interesting. When it comes to photography I'm not a very knowledgeable person...
In my camera bag

Feedback
Portugal is a beautiful country worth knowing and photographing from north to south, from the sea to the mountains in the north and the plains in the south. We have many interesting cities, monuments, gardens, rivers, museums... We are a nice people (pardon me the lack of modesty) and have a very nice cuisine! Come and visit us!
